The Village Grimoire

I admit that I sometimes take things for granted. Like how friggin' cool the moon is, for starters. Up until maybe five years ago, I didn't give the moon much thought. Sure, I'd sometimes notice a full moon or what looked like no moon during the new moon phase, but that was about it.

Then I got a book on lunar magick, and I started paying attention. That's when I started to realize I typically felt drained around full moons, and full of more ideas than usual when it was a new moon. I learned about lunar phases (there are more than I'd thought!), how I could work with them in my day to day life (you won't catch me scheduling an event on a full moon), how I could use moon phases as correspondences in my practice (cord cutting during a waning moon, anyone?) and more.
